  • Carry out a case study about the Pacific Hotel

  • Warm up:  homework check 10’
  • In pairs and then in groups, study the case of the PACIFIC HOTEL, which is located in Sydney, Australia.  Twelve people want to book rooms for next week.   Reading, listening, speaking, and writing exercises.  Listening exercise 48   70’
  • Assignment
  • Write an email to another person, different from the one you did in class.  Give it to your teacher on your next session.

  • Learn basic language used in sales
  • Sales vocabulary of buying and selling
  • Write a dialogue between a seller and a client using sales vocabulary
